How It Works

    After our initial consultation, I will create a fully customized training plan for you based on your fitness goals, access to equipment, and personal preferences. Through the free True Coach app, we’ll track your progress with detailed exercise logs. Each session is tailored to your needs, and you’ll have the flexibility to work out between 3-6 days a week for as little as 30 minutes per session, depending on your availability and goals.

  2. Flexible Training Options:
    Whether you have access to a gym with a full range of equipment or are working out with minimal equipment at home (such as dumbbells, resistance bands, etc) I will design a program that works for you. The more equipment you have access to, the more diverse your workouts can be.

  3. Track Your Progress in Real-Time:
    We’ll track your workout performance, progress, and improvements using the True Coach app, where you can log weights, reps, and sets, making it easier for me to adjust your plan as needed. Whether you're aiming to build muscle, lose fat, or simply improve overall strength, I will constantly monitor your progress and make the necessary adjustments to your program.

  4. Nutrition Tracking with MyFitnessPal:
    To maximize your results, I recommend using the free MyFitnessPal app to track your daily calorie intake. This app seamlessly integrates with True Coach, allowing me to monitor your nutrition alongside your workouts. Depending on whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, or both, I will provide adjustments to your nutritional goals. You’ll also have direct access to me for feedback and adjustments, ensuring you stay on track.

  5. Weekly Check-ins and Accountability:
    You won’t be alone on your fitness journey. Every week, we’ll do check-ins where you report your body weight, circumference measurements, and any other progress metrics. You can send these updates via email, text, WhatsApp, or video call, ensuring we stay connected, and your plan stays aligned with your goals. These check-ins will help us make any necessary modifications to both your training and nutrition plans as well keep you accountable for your progress.

  6. Essential Tools for Success:
    While the program can be effective with minimal equipment, there are a few tools that will help you track and measure your progress accurately. A food scale, body weight scale, body fat calipers, and access to basic strength and conditioning equipment are all valuable for a more precise, detailed fitness journey. These tools will help you measure and track your body composition changes along the way.

  7. Full Access to Free Apps:
    To make the process as smooth as possible, all you need is the free True Coach app and the free MyFitnessPal app. These apps are easy to use and give you everything you need to stay on track, with me as your coach guiding you through every step.
